Rob Foster is the Founder and President of Wyndbrook, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. Possessing an eye for opportunity and a relentless desire to accomplish his client’s objectives, he specializes in spearheading acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for a diverse clientele. Mr. Foster has successfully participated in more than $250 million in transactions over the course of his tenure.
Prior to forming Wyndbrook, Mr. Foster was a Senior Director for TCRE, where he played an integral role in shaping Florida’s medical cannabis industry. He was engaged by one of the first medical cannabis companies to help craft their strategic rollout of locations and infrastructure. As the state and local municipalities lacked any land use uniformity, he had to become an expert in more than 100 retail markets across the state on where and how medical cannabis dispensaries may (or may not) locate within that municipality. His efforts helped the company achieve the largest acquisition in cannabis history, opening the door to making Mr. Foster one of the most sought-after cannabis real estate consultants in the state. He has placed many of the dispensaries around the state you see today.
Prior to serving as Senior Director at TCRE, Mr. Foster was a leader at American Properties (now Cresa Global). Specializing in tenant/landlord advisory, he participated in award winning transactions as well as successfully leased a portfolio of 1 million square feet of industrial, flex and office space throughout Northern New Jersey for some of the area’s most prominent institutional landlords.
Mr. Foster leverages his experiences to bring a detailed and well-forged skillset to his client’s commercial real estate objectives.
